1. Purpose
1.1 China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Limited ("China Resources Mixc Lifestyle" or "the Company") is committed to ensuring the labor rights of all employees and the supply chain at every stage of its operations.
1.2 This policy is developed with reference to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization (ILO) core labor conventions, the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and other international initiatives, as well as China’s State Council’s "Regulations on the Prohibition of the Use of Child Labor" and other policies.
1.3 This policy applies to China Resources Mixc Lifestyle and its subsidiaries and encourages all partners and suppliers to comply with this policy.
2. Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion
2.1 Employees are entitled to equal human rights and dignity and must not face discrimination or harassment based on gender, age, race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, social identity, status, physical health, sexual orientation, or any other differences.
2.2 Ensure compliance with and fair employment practices, implementing equal and diverse hiring policies.
2.3 In recruitment and promotion processes, work opportunities must always be provided based on the principles of equality and fairness. Decisions regarding the selection, appointment, retention, and termination of employees should be based on the company’s development needs, the job’s qualifications, and the employee’s work ability and character. Every employee or candidate should be evaluated objectively and fairly, without any discrimination based on gender, age, race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, social identity, status, physical health, sexual orientation, or other factors.
3. Prohibition of Forced Labor and Illegal Employment
3.1 Strictly enforce the "Regulations on the Prohibition of the Use of Child Labor," prohibiting the employment of child labor in any business or supply chain. Commit to not assigning employees under the age of 18 to work that may endanger their health or safety.
3.2 Prohibit and refrain from using any form of forced or compulsory labor.
3.3 Prohibit the unauthorized disclosure or transfer of employees' personal privacy information to unrelated third parties.
4. Working Conditions and Social Security
4.1 Strictly comply with the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Protection of Minors Law of the People's Republic of China," and other legal requirements to comprehensively safeguard employees' legal rights concerning recruitment, promotion, resignation, working hours, compensation, benefits, and privacy.
4.2 Strengthen employee care by offering health checks and protective labor equipment, providing psychological counseling services, regularly conducting employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, and continuously improving employee satisfaction and sense of belonging.
4.3 Establish multi-channel employee communication mechanisms, both online and offline, through unions, employee representative assemblies, seminars, and other means, to provide employees with opportunities to speak freely.
5. Talent Development
5.1 Improve the talent training system and establish a learning platform for employees, supporting them in gaining skill development through participation in training and enhancing their workplace competitiveness.
5.2 Provide clear development channels by implementing a dual-track system of positions and job grades, offering internal competitions, job rotations, and talent exchanges to provide employees with career development space and opportunities for personal growth.
5.3 Focus on cultivating both management and technical talent by incorporating leadership and skill development into training plans. Encourage all employees (including part-time employees) to learn about and participate in these development opportunities and provide training content that meets the needs of employees at different levels.
5.4 Support employees in continuously improving themselves through external learning. Encourage all employees (including part-time employees) to obtain qualifications related to their positions, engage in continuing education, and pursue higher education opportunities.
