1. Purpose
1.1 China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Limited ("China Resources Mixc Lifestyle" or "the Company") places great importance on climate change issues and responds to the national requirements for "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality." The Company is committed to effectively managing and addressing climate change risks in its operations. The Company adopts the general requirements for sustainability-related financial disclosures (IFRS S1) and climate-related disclosures (IFRS S2) recommended by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), referring to global industry best practices for addressing climate change.
1.2 This policy applies to China Resources Mixc Lifestyle and its subsidiaries and encourages all partners and suppliers to comply with this policy.
2. Policy Content
2.1 Establish a top-down climate change response framework that aligns with the Company’s overall Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. This framework will create a climate change governance system with involvement at all levels under the leadership of the Board of Directors.
2.2 Set carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, along with action plans. Establish and implement short-term targets and long-term net-zero emission goals. Release the "Dual Carbon Work Management Measures," clarifying departmental management responsibilities, and develop an implementation path covering carbon data inventory, carbon target management, carbon management systems, carbon reduction actions, and carbon disclosure management.
2.3 Regularly assess climate change risks and integrate them into the Company's overall risk management and business operations systems. Identify and analyze climate-related physical and transition risks and opportunities, including potential financial impacts, ensuring that business decisions align with the Company’s strategic direction and disclosure standards.
2.4 Continuously promote the green and low-carbon upgrading of the Company’s business. Leverage distributed photovoltaic systems, charging facilities, and a dual-carbon digital management platform to improve energy efficiency and contribute to urban green transformation. Increase the use of renewable energy, enhance energy efficiency, and strengthen the Company’s capacity to address climate change.
2.5 Strengthen stakeholder communication and participation. By conveying updates on climate policies and the Company’s latest progress, enhance awareness of the impacts of climate change. Actively advocate for sustainable lifestyles, encourage stakeholders to adopt green and low-carbon concepts, and help build sustainable cities and communities.
2.6 In accordance with the ISSB climate-related information disclosure framework, disclose progress on climate change response in the Company’s annual sustainability report.
