1.1. China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Limited ("CR Mixc Lifestyle" or "the Company" "We").  actively responds to national environmental protection policies and focuses on reducing the environmental impact of its operations.

1.2. This policy applies to China Resources Mixc Lifestyle and its subsidiaries and encourages all partners and suppliers to comply with this policy.

2.  Environmental Management System

2.1 Strictly comply with the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," "Energy Conservation Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant laws and regulations. Establish a comprehensive environmental management system and regularly update its content to ensure compliance, appropriateness, and adequacy.

2.2 Regularly conduct environmental compliance inspections and integrate environmental checks into daily supervision, ensuring accountability in environmental management.

2.3 Establish medium and long-term environmental management goals, covering areas including but not limited to resource usage, waste, and emissions management.

3.  Resource Use Management

3.1 Establish a data collection mechanism for resource usage and set reasonable, long-term resource management goals.

3.2 Actively promote the renovation of facilities and equipment, introduce environmentally friendly new technologies, and enhance resource efficiency.

3.3 Promote the concept of sustainable construction by focusing on the use of green materials and renewable energy in building functions. Encourage energy-efficient buildings, reduce pollution emissions, and foster resource recycling.

3.4 Incorporate the creation of green shopping malls into the company's operations, promoting the integration of safety, health, and environmental protection principles into business activities.

3.5 Implement green office practices and paperless operations in all company office areas to create a green office environment.

3.6 Cooperate with relevant organizations to carry out environmental protection publicity among customers, consumers, communities, and employees, raising environmental awareness among all stakeholders.

4.  Waste and Emissions Management

4.1 Strictly comply with national laws and regulations on waste and emissions management and strive to minimize waste and emissions generation at the source.

4.2 Identify and quantify all types of waste and emissions related to company operations, ensuring that harmless and potentially harmful waste is managed in a proper, responsible, and transparent manner.

4.3 Collaborate with local government departments to guide customers, tenants, and property owners to correctly classify waste, enhancing environmental awareness among all personnel.

4.4 Strengthen communication with suppliers, tenants, partners, and other stakeholders, encouraging them to minimize the generation of waste and emissions in their daily operations.
